These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SupportCore platform ("Service") operated by Lord Systems, LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other tenants' data, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Overage charges (e.g. additional tickets beyond your plan) are billed in arrears.
4. Data & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
