Under GDPR Article 15 / 20 you may request a portable copy of every record we hold about you in Support's helpdesk. Enter your email and we'll email a download link to that address as soon as the bundle is ready.

The bundle includes your contact profile, every ticket and conversation you've been party to, every chat message you've sent, and any CSAT ratings you've given. Internal-only agent notes are not included.
